Mike & Cookies is named after my father, Mike, as we share a love of baking and sharing those baked treasures with others. With our "baked on board" cookie truck, we will offer the fresh cookie experience and allow everyone to enjoy a cookie directly out of the oven.  Each cookie is baked with the simple yet important message to slow down, enjoy yourself, and enjoy life.  And for us, joy starts with a cookie. I am overjoyed that Mike & Cookies is on its way to becoming the cookie business my dad has always dreamt of.
